An immersive, interactive dining experience that houses two concepts under one roof

Soba, so good.

Step into our design for Brooklyn Yakuza, located in the heart of Hong Kong’s bustling entertainment district, Lan Kwai Fong. Inspired by the traditional Japanese izakaya experience and contemporary Brooklyn, guests are invited into a hidden den where East meets West.

The concept of old and new carefully connects two floors. On the ground floor is Oyabun, an intimate cocktail bar serving a unique Japanese/American inspired menu. Rugged architectural elements, bold black furnishings and plush red seating provide late-night drama while imposing larger-than-life yakuza, dressed in locally produced graffiti, watch from the walls.

The aroma of umami sake, coupled with refined industrial materials and geometric lighting, entice guests up to the first floor and into Brooklyn Yakuza. Bright, neon signage frames an interactive sake bar, working in contrast with warm atmospheric lighting that sinks down from the ceiling, enveloping guests to create an underground, immersive dining experience that’s wrapped in a fusion of flavours fit for the boss.
